Drawings are the starting point for my Paper Textiles. These are made of painted and varnished tissue paper, containing both hand and machine embroidery.
Fossils, geology and woodlands have provided me with ample resources for much of my work.
Recently the Migratory Journeys of birds and fish have captured my imagination, and the seeds of new work are beginning to germinate, with charcoal drawings and samples for large Paper Textiles.
