Nicola Wilson

I am a mixed media artist working in ceramics, stain glass and sculpture. My practice is an exploration around the tactile sensabilities of our natural environments, land use and the landscape. I also have a keen interest in the material culture and how it informs identity and the personal narratives around object art.
I am currently working on a commission with Gloucestershire Archives: Green Pledge Project, exploring environmental histories. I am slip casting mini sculptures for a touring exhibition around the county and have recently exhibited at Nature in Art.
